PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL. We have booked two rooms (2 couples) for 3 days in this hotel but due to the Sikkim flood we cancelled our trip as North Sikkim is closed. We cancelled our booking in the hotel well within the cancellation timelines of the hotel and requested them to refund our advance amount of Rs 6000/-. It’s been almost two months now since we have been requesting for the refund but the owner is not paying us. He either doesn’t pick the call or says I will refund after two days but doesn’t refund. We had dropped many emails, called the hotel like 50 times and OWNER like 60 times but still he is not paying the refund amount. So, requesting everyone not to book any room in this hotel, in case your plan is cancelled don’t expect any refund from the owner.

Our confirmed booking for 25-28 May was cancelled by the hotel and informed to us after we arrived in Bagdogra. We were offered rooms at their other property whose location did not suit us. Due to poor connectivity en route to Gangtok, we could not search the internet for alternatives. We finally found a hotel with help from a friend in Delhi. All this after confirming twice through Booking.com and on phone that our trip was on. It was a horrible experience.

Very Good Experience for a budget hotel. The hotel is situated very close to M G Marg. Taxi stand is nearby too. ATM, medicine shop and a General store is just next to the hotel. Stayed in 3rd floor and view from the room was good too. Couldn't view Kanchenjunga owing to mists. But i was assured during clear weather mountain is visible. All in all a great stay. Food was good.

The location is not that bad, room is also okay but their travel arrangements is worst. For our transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport they recommend us one Innova car, whose driver Mr Raju is a nonsense person. Due to his nonsense and stupidity our trip became a bad one. In our return journey his stupidity reaching peak. He also demanded extra money in the half way to the airport and threatening us to leave there if we don't pay him and most shockingly he got the support of the hotel. We booked his car only because it was recommended by the hotel. Very very bad experience.

Excellent ,it's a very good hotel and it's food is very tasty and rooms views are very good.And it's very close to mg road.And there is a cute little doggy, u can walk to mall road , u can watch kanchanjanga mountain and panjora stadium from view room
